\(A\)

Show Worked Solution

\(\text{Percentage spent on accommodation}\)

\(=\dfrac{675}{1500}\times 100\)

\(=45\%\)

\(\rightarrow\ \text{Percentage on meals}=100-(40+45)=15\%\)

\(\therefore\ \text{Amount spent on meals}\)

\(=15\%\times 1500\)

\(=$225\)

\(\Rightarrow A\)
