25% of the red jerseys have a black stripe down the back.

How many red jerseys have a black stripe?  (2 marks)

\(\text{Total red jerseys}\) \(=75\text{%}\times 1600\)
  \(=\dfrac{3}{4}\times 1600=1200\)
