A coffee shop increases the price of a caramel latte from $4.80 to $6.00.

What is the percentage increase in the price?  (2 marks)

\(\text{Price increase}=6-4.80=$1.20\)

\(\text{Percentage increase}\) \(= \dfrac{1.2}{4.8}\times 100\)
  \(=0.25\times 100\)
