b.    \(P\text{(red or white)}\) \(=\dfrac{\text{Number of red and white}}{\text{Total number}}\)
  \(=\dfrac{4+3}{28}\)
  \(=\dfrac{1}{4}\)

 
c.    \(\text{There are no yellow marbles}\)

\(\therefore\ P\text{(yellow)}=0\)
