\(\text{Length of 1 side}\) \(=\dfrac{27}{3}\)
  \(=9\ \text{cm}\)

 

\(\therefore\ \text{Perimeter}\)

\(= (10\times 9) + (4\times 4.5)\)

\(= 90 + 18\)

\(=108\ \text{cm}\)
