Find the centre and radius of the circle with the equation

`x^2-12x + y^2 + 2y-12 = 0`  (2 marks)

`x^2-12x + y^2 + 2y-12` `= 0`
`(x-6)^2 + (y + 1)^2-36-1-12` `= 0`
`(x-6)^2 + (y + 1)^2` `= 49`
