Find the centre and radius of the circle with the equation

     `x^2+6x+y^2-y+3=0`  (2 marks)

`x^2+6x+y^2-y+3` `=0`  
`x^2+6x+9+y^2-y+1/4-25/4` `=0`  
`(x+3)^2+(y-1/2)^2` `=25/4`  
`(x+3)^2+(y-1/2)^2` `=(5/2)^2`
