\(\dfrac{\sin \theta}{7.5}\) \(= \dfrac{\sin 66^{\circ}}{8.9} \)  
\(\sin \theta\) \(= \dfrac{7.5 \times \sin 66^{\circ}}{8.9}\)  
\(\theta\) \(=\sin^{-1} (0.7698) \)  
  \(=50.33…^{\circ} \)  
  \(=50^{\circ}\ \text{(nearest degree)} \)
