\(v=f\lambda\) \(\Rightarrow\) \(\lambda = \dfrac{v}{f}\).

  Microwave: \(\lambda = \dfrac{3.0 \times 10^8}{3.0 \times 10^{11}} = 1 \times 10^{-3}\ \text{m}\).

  Sound wave: \(\lambda = \dfrac{340}{15 \times 10^3} = 0.023\ \text{m}\).

  Water wave: \(\lambda = \dfrac{4.0}{0.25} = 1\ \text{m}\).

  Radio wave: \(\lambda = \dfrac{3.0 \times 10^8}{90 \times 10^6} = 3.33\ \text{m}\).
