\((x+3) \neq 0\ \ \Rightarrow\ \ \text{Asymptote at}\ x=-3\)

\(\text{As}\ x \rightarrow \infty, \ \dfrac{1}{(x+3)^2} \rightarrow 0\ \ \Rightarrow \ \ \text{Asymptote at}\ y=-2\)
 

\(y\text{-intercept:}\ x=0\)

\(y=\dfrac{1}{(0+3)^2}-2=-\dfrac{17}{9}\)

\(x\text{-intercepts:}\ y=0\)

\(\dfrac{1}{(x+3)^2}-2\) \(=0\)
\((x+3)^2\) \(=\dfrac{1}{2}\)
\(x+3\) \(=\pm\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{2}}\)
\(x\) \(=-3\pm\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{2}}\)
